TV9online

In the theme mass medium and communication we got an assigment by TV9online, an up and coming TV-channel which focus on positive news, to propose how they should be able to establish themselves as a TV-channel on the web. The project focused on involving the viewers to help and contribute to make the news positive.

The project worked against two timeframes. In the concept for 2006 the viewers should be able to watch programs and discuss the content with each other, both synchronous and asynchronous.

The concept for 2008 is based on small groups that create virtual living rooms where they can watch programs and discuss together. The groups members can place objects in the room to mediate their opinions and get other viewers to get involved. By doing this each room would get a personality of its own.
